Today I wanted to talk about listening to your heart than to what other people think. Throughout your life some people, even the ones you love, will give you their opinions on how you should live your life. The main thing is that you in your heart know its right for you and you ain’t hurting anybody. This can be tough but as long as you know it’s right for you, don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. I hope you all enjoy today’s video!! đđ

People Who Succeeded Because They Never Gave Up
The saying “Never Give Up” may be a little cliched but its so true and its a great reminder. The odds may not be great to achieve some of our goals but giving up makes the small percentage to 0% lol. So I wanted to share 5 stories of people who achieved their dreams when things didn’t look so good and when felt like giving up, they still pushed on.
1. John Krasinski John Krasinski is best known for his role as Jim Halpert in the office was a struggling working actor before he got his iconic role. He moved to New York to pursue acting and he says he was very lucky cuz his Mom was so supportive she told him that if it doesn’t work in 2 and a half to 3 years that he would pull himself out cuz she wasn’t going to do do it. Now 2 and a half years later of getting small roles while having to work his job as a waiter, he decided that maybe acting wasn’t for him so he called his Mom and asking her if she can pick him up and she told him it was September and to wait it out till the end of the year, 3 weeks later he was casted as Jim in the hit comedy series The Office
2. Stephen King Stephen King is one of the most famous authors in the world mostly known for writing horror books. King was a high school English teacher when he started writing and he was starting writing a book but threw it away because he felt it wasn’t good enough and it wouldn’t sell. Luckily his wife saw the pages in the trash and told him that she was interested and wanted to know how it ended but even after King started to write and finish the book, nobody wanted to publish it. It was rejected 30 times before being accepted. That book was Carrie and ended up being one of the most successful books of all time, selling over 350 Million Copies and started Stephen Kings career of being one of the most successful authors in the world.
3. Matt Leblanc Matt Leblanc mostly known as the lovable Joey Tribbiani in Friends was broke before landing the role, in fact he only $11. He says that one time he was going to get new headshot and the photographer was telling him that one tooth was longer than the rest and to get that filed. He contacts a dentist and finds out that its $80 to get it done and being very tight money he couldn’t afford that so he goes to a local drug store and buys something to do it himself. Before Friends he was much like his character Joey, a struggling actor who gets a role every now and then until landing his role in Friends.
4. Sylvester Stallone This is a classic story that I love hearing about I think its incredible. Back before Stallone was a famous actor, he wrote this script for Rocky and when talking with other studios to get this film made, they all wanted a big named A-list actor to do it but Stallone was very stern about him playing Rocky. Even though he needed the money, he still refused to sell the script without having the studio agree him to play as Rocky. It got so bad that he had to do the unthinkable for any dog lover, he had to sell his dog just so he and his wife could afford to buy food for the both of them. So he eventually got a studio to agree to have him play Rocky, he now has some money so he went back to the guy he sold the dog to and he wouldn’t give him back because he now has an attachment to the dog. After he negotiated with him, he made an agreement with the guy to put him in Rockh for his dog back.
5. Dave Bautista Before acting, David Bautista was one of the top wrestlers for the WWE and when he decided to leave the WWE and move onto acting. Transitioning from wrestling to acting even after The Rock’s success wasn’t easy, he said that he was broke and sold and lost almost everything and had trouble with the IRS. He could have gone back to the WWE but he wanted to move on in his life. After 3 years of leaving, he got the role of Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy and that changed his life forever.
And hearing this story was actually what gave me the idea for today’s video. It goes to show that there are no overnight successes and it may seem easy on the outside but there is a struggle and sometimes everyone feels like quitting but if you keep the faith and push on, you’ll see that everything happens for a reason and you will end up being where you are supposed to be. You always have a chance to live out your dream and do what you’ve always wanted to do, the only thing that will kill that chance is giving up

Don’t Be Afraid When People Copy You
Today I want to talk to you about this quote that I love and I think it’s a great quote for entrepreneurs, but also a great quote for everybody. And I don’t remember who said it or where I saw it. I tried looking it up, but I couldn’t quite find who said it or where I saw it. The quote is âDon’t be afraid when people copy you, be afraid when they stopâ I think that’s such a powerful quote. Because often times weâre thinking we don’t want anybody to copy us. We get upset when people copy us. We get offended if people copy us. But really, I think and especially after seeing that quote, which kind of changed my mindset is people copying us could be one of the biggest compliments. That means you’re doing something right. That means you’re doing something that they like.
So a great example is Nintendo. I love Nintendo. So when I was a kid, Nintendo was the gold standard of video games. Everybody wanted to copy them so much. So much so when Nintendo created a failure, which was called the Virtual Boy, which had virtual reality goggles. It had red and black graphics for whatever reason. Nobody knows why lol And it was not a great system, but you know what another company ended up copying it. And that device may have been even worse than the Virtual Boy.
So see, that’s how you know you’re doing something right. If people start copying you even your bad ideas. So and then when Nintendo went into like the Nintendo 64 and the Game Cube and they had great games, I loved their games, but people stopped copying them because they stopped innovating. And then the Wii came out and then again everybody wanted a part of that Sony, Microsoft, everybody wanted a part of that motion control thing because the Wii was just so popular.
So that just goes to show that if you have a great idea that other people copying you is really the biggest compliment and it’s not something we should get offended of, sometimes we get offended of and sometimes I’ve done this is when someone copies your inspirational quotes or something you said and doesnât give you give you credit. It can make you not feel that great because you feel you deserve credit. But when someone is copying you really is such a great compliment. And it’s just something that I really has changed my mindset and think it’s a great one for entrepreneurs and a great one for everybody else, just in case someone ends up copying any one of us, because it means that if somebody liked it and if somebody liked it, that means we’re doing something right.
And it is really it really is a compliment telling you that whatever you’re doing is training. You learn how to innovate by growing, by learning, by learning new stuff, by educating yourself. And when you do that, other people are going to look up to you. People may copy you, but it’s good to change your mindset in that and realize that it’s actually a really, really great compliment.
âDon’t be afraid when people copy you, be afraid when they stopâ – Unknown

Don’t Care What Others Think
A couple weeks ago I went to see and hang out with some of my family members and a couple of us were talking about how back in high school a lot of people didnât wear tank tops because it wasn’t considered cool and we used to wear our shorts below our knees and now it’s kind of all over the place. People wear tanktops, Men are wearing shorts that are above the knee. We were kind of talking about this and we’re like, why is that? Well, one of the things is times change, fashion changes, the style changes. But I also feel another is which that as we get older, we start to not care what other people think of us. In high school it’s all about what people think about us.
In fact, I was watching another video where he was talking about like video games and how backward we were in high school. Playing video games was kind of considered a little kids thing. And some people they would purposely stopped a habit they liked because they didn’t want to seem uncool to their friends. And now we start thinking, that’s kind of silly, because personally, I’ve never stopped playing video games, I always really enjoyed it. But now the more he started explaining about this, I started thinking I was kind of like that.
I never stopped playing video games, I really only talked about the cool games that was out like Grand Theft Auto or Time Splitters. That was a couple examples of some games that I would talk about because was cool, but we didn’t talk about like I played Mario Party when I was in high school and I had fun with that. I played Mario all the time when I was in high school and I had fun with that. So it was really about what people thought of us and we were so concerned about what others thought of us back then, and as we get older, that kind of like kind of vanished a little bit.
Now, in the end, we still do kind of care what other people think of us. Like, for example, I’m sure the ones with kids care what your kids think about you. And that’s completely fine. It’s completely normal. But in terms of like the outside, outside of your kids. Or maybe outside of your significant other. It really doesn’t make any sense to care what other people think about us, because in a way that holds us back and that prevents us from being us, that prevents us from being who we are. And it’s a lesson. And I won’t say that its easy, because the truth is being judged and knowing that you’re being judged is not easy and that is completely fine, but once you’re able to break through that barriers of others, just not caring what others think about you.
You want to be weird and start your own business, that’s considered weird to a lot of a lot of people and on to his family. Go ahead and do that. Will you be judged? Absolutely. But guess what, you won’t live your life without any regret? Because if you’ve always thought about you want to be an entrepreneur or you want to pursue a certain career. You’re going to have a lot of regrets in the end. So we’re on this earth for a very short time period, so might as well do what you love on this earth. Make the impact that you want to make, that you feel that you’re brought on this earth to do, because otherwise you’re going to you’re going to face regret and also you probably will eventually not be very happy, not be very happy that you just decided to work a job because other people are doing it or it was a high paying job or whatever it happens to be.
I watching this movie called “Up In The Air” where George Clooney was talking to JK Simmons and he was just telling him that he loves to cook. Why did he give that up? How much did his current job pay him to give up that dream? And he said, $30,000.
They paid him $30,000 a year to give up a dream he always loved, and the truth is a lot of us had to go down that route as we get older. I don’t know why maybe its because people brainwash us into thinking that we need to be realistic on our goals, that we need to set attainable goals. Now, I’m not saying that your goal should be so high that nobody can that even you don’t think you can reach it. Absolutely not. You should not set a goal that you don’t think you can reach. You should set a goal that you believe that you can reach and that you want to reach and that will make you happy and that you won’t face any regrets in the end. So the main point I want to get out of this is do things for you, do things for your family. Don’t care about what other people think, because the truth is it doesn’t matter what you do, someone’s always going to be there to judge you. So might as well be judged doing something that you love.

Take Control of Your Life
Do you know why a lot of people don’t like roller coasters, are afraid to ride roller coasters? It’s because of the lack of control. When you ride a rollercoaster, the control is completely out of your hands and for some it can get a little bit scary. The good thing is life is not like a rollercoaster, sometimes may feel like a rollercoaster, but it’s not like a rollercoaster in terms that we have control over the outcome in our life.
And I don’t mean to sound a little bit. You know, but the life we are living right now, we created it, we created the situation that we’re currently in right now, but the great thing is unlike a rollercoaster. We have control. We have control over the outcome of our lives and we have control where we’re going to go him from here on out.
So I like to compare this to acting and it’s obviously not a bad way is to go on as many auditions as you possibly can, craft your ability and continue to work to get better and better and better. But there are other ways nowadays that we can get into the acting industry.
And some have gotten into industries that otherwise would not have given them a chance by, you know, like uploading videos on YouTube or uploading a video on Instagram and others, Tiktok, and that’s how they get a little bit of exposure.
There’s this movie called “The Room”. Some of you may have heard of it now “The Room” has kind of became a cult classic and the writer and the director and I think the producer as well of “The Room”, Tommy Wiseau, kept on going on auditions and they kept on rejecting him. So one day, he went to his friend, Greg and said, “You know what? I’m getting rejected. I’m tired of getting rejected. I’m going to just make my own movie. I’m going to write it. And I’m a director. I’m going to produce it.” And that’s what he did.
Now, here’s the deal. “The Room” out and end up being considered one of the worst movies of all time, but it had a cult classic in terms of people were just so fascinated and, you know, Tommy Wiseau himself and the other actors and the script and the way the movie is made, that it became a movie that even if it’s bad, people just can’t help but not watch. It’s kind of fascinating. And now they made a movie out of it called The Disaster Artist. And he was in that movie. He made a short cameo in that movie. And you could say what you want about it, but I respect him for taking action and for just doing something to get him to that industry that was rejecting him so much.
So the point in me sharing that story is that the great thing is, in our lives we have control, we have control over what we do, how we react, we have control over the results we get, how much work that we’re putting into, the skills that we learn, and decide to learn and every skill is essentially learnable if we put enough time and effort into it and from here on out, you can change your life, and once you realize that you have 100 percent control of your life, nothing can stop you. Nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams and goals.
The main thing point is that it’s your life and it’s time for us to take control of our lives. And that’s what I’m going to start doing that because it’s always I’ve always known about this, but it hasn’t really set in for me until just recently.
You also want to expand your mindset by educating yourself and whatever field that you want to educate yourself before. Taking the time to read a blog, time to expand your skills and in turn that people will see you as more valuable to the marketplace or whatever that you want to become.

Karate Kid is one of my favorite movies and it also happens to be a movie with so many great life lessons in it. The movie is kind of feels like a Personal Development movie so today I wanted to talk about some of the lessons that I have learned in Karate Kid.
- Everyone can use a good mentor. Mr. Miyagi famously said There is no such thing as bad student only bad teacher. And that is true, teacher say, student do. Mr. Miyagi was an example of great teacher. Even when Daniel started to get distracted or frustrated Mr. Miyagi was able to get him focused back again. We can all use a mentor and teacher who will helps us with that in our lives.
- Either you do or you donât. There was another great quote by Mr. Miyagi where he said Walk left side, safe. Walk right side, safe. Walk middle, sooner or later, [makes squish gesture] get squish just like grape. Here, karate, same thing. Either you karate do “yes”, or karate do “no”. You karate do “guess so”, [makes squish gesture] just like grape.â I see this quote as being about commitment, Mr. Miyagi wants to know if Daniel is committed about learning Karate because if he isnât this isnât going to work. Same thing for everything we do in our lives. We need to committed to learn something or do something or its not going to work.
- Take it one step at a time. At the scene of the beach, Daniel sees Mr. Miyagi doing the crane so he asks him if he could teach it to him, he tells him he isnât ready and says âFirst learn stand, then learn flyâ Basically what this means is take it one step at a time. Donât attempt anything you are not quite ready for. Kind of like if you were playing a video game and you beat level 1 and decided to skip to the final level, would you succeed, probably not. Same thing with life, take everything one step at a time.
- Donât fear fear. This one is actually from the 3rd one but I think itâs a great lesson. In the final fight, Daniel is hurting a lot and goes crying to Mr. Miyagi that he canât do it and wants to quit. Miyagi tells him âIts ok to lose to opponent but must not lose to fearâ In others words its ok to fail or lose but its not ok to fail just because you were afraid to do it. Because if you try and do your best, at least youâll know and have no regrets.
How To Overcome Fear
How To Overcome Fear
So a couple nights ago I watched the new Goosebumps movie, I had to watch it especially since I was a big fan of the books and TV show as a kid. Not only did I find the movie quite enjoyable it also gave me an idea for the video this week. This week’s video will be about how to overcome fear. It’s kind of funny really, alot of people like to be scared that’s why horror movies make a lot of money but don’t like to do things they are uncomfortable with or face their fears. Of course technically Horror movies are all make believe, fantasy, and in the end it is all the imagination of the writer, director, and the rest of the crew. And that is the same for most of the “Fear” in our lives or False Evidence Appearing Real. So in the end Fear is all in your mind, and that’s why alot of successful people aren’t the smartest people, they are just people who don’t overthink the situation. So you can know all this stuff about fear and know its all in the mind and still have trouble overcoming it, so that’s why I compiled a list of things that I do to overcome fear
1. Think about what you are afraid to do and think about what is the worst that could happen. Write it down if you have to. Whether its talking to new people, getting new customers, asking someone out on a date, whats the worst that could happen? You could get rejected, yup. You could embarrass yourself but guess what you are still alive, amd well and at least you did your best and tomorrow is another day
2. Overcoming your fear with a friend or a partner. Now of course there are some fears that can’t overcome with a friend or a partner but there are definitely some that you can and believe me it is a lot easier when you have someone to do this with. I’ve overcame some fears with friends and I will continue to do so.
3. Just do it! It’s like a band aid right, you can either rip off very slowly which will probably be pretty painful or you can rip off and get it over real quick. And once you do it, you’ll realize hey it wasn’t that bad but the longer you wait, the worse it’s going to be. And the quicker you do it, you less your mind has time to think about the situation its in.
Choosing Who You Want To Be
Choosing Who You Want To Be
I just saw the new Jumanji movie and I gotta say it was really really good. It also had a surprising lesson that I thought was perfect for the new year. Only thing is, I hope it is not a spoiler, well just in case Iâm going to give a minor spoiler warning. Choosing who you want to be is a great step in life.
So as you may know in the movie Jumanji the board game turns into a video game and the players that play the game get sucked into the video game world and become the avatars they choose. The nerdy kid becomes The Rock, the shy girl becomes Karen Gillian, the big jock becomes Kevin Hart, and the attractive instagram teenage girl becomes Jack Black. Since this movie takes place in a video game, Iâm going to focus on one lesson that I got out of it.
You see in all video games we get to choose our character and most of the time the character is buff or very attractive, very fit characters and a clichĂ© in video games is that the main character is normally the best at something. And it is easy to be brave when the worst that could is a game over screen but yes in real life, we do have just one life but thatâs why we have to make it the best life possible. And yes in video games you get to choose your character but in real life we get to choose our characters as well. You want to be buff or be fit, find someone who is at your goals and ask them how they did it and take good notes and repeat their plan, you might find other things that work better for you along the way but itâs a good start. You want to be brave, face your fears.
I just put out a video a couple days ago where a woman for 100 straight days faced her fears. There are maybe some things that we donât have control over like our race, our height but we have complete control over who we decide to become right now. Every single day we are faced with choices, so pick your character, who do you want to be? The choice is yours.
What We Can Learn From Dogs
What We Can Learn From Dogs
Dogs, I am a huge dog lover!! I don’t love them just because they are so gosh darn adorable, I mean they are adorable. But I love how they make me feel when I when I see them and play them and I also feel they can teach us a lot of things about life. So I’m going to talk about what we can learn from dogs
1. Live in the now. If you notice, dogs tend to not hold onto what happened
yesterday or what may happen in the future. They live in the moment.
2. Keep trying until you succeed. If you notice, if a dog wants something or
they want to do something, they keep on trying until they succeed. No matter how much times they fail. They eventually find a way. And you find great examples of this on youtube.
3. Forgive. Dogs tend to not hold onto grudges for too long. They forgive,
forget, and move on fairly quickly
4. Love Unconditionaly. Dogs love their family more than they love themselvesThey get so excited, wag their tail, and get so excited when they see you.
Positive And Negative Types of Peer Pressure And How To Deal With Both
Positive And Negative Types of Peer Pressure And How To Deal With Both
Peer Pressure is something we have all dealt with but it doesn’t always have to be a bad thing. In this video, I talk about the two different types of Peer Pressure that we both have to deal with in life. The negative and the positive ones.
